This school recipe represents the coming together of family and friends on the coziest morning of the year. Welcome the aroma of sweet, homemade applecake into the common hearth this Christmas!
Take home a staple of the most beautiful and magical holiday village with their Christmas Brew. Sold at the taverns and inns of the medieval town, this brew is served to travellers on cold and snowy winter days. The simple combination of green tea and mint is sure to refresh every witch and wizard.
Yule Feast Brew is a taste of the wizard and witchcraft Great Hall Feast. Each Christmas day, fourth year students will gather for a festive and elegant feast. For centuries, this delightful vanilla rooibos tea with hints of orange citrus has been traditionally served after the Christmas Feast. The brew is said to kindle love, emotion and affection for those who consume it.
1 Bag = 50 grams/roughly 17-18 tbsp looseleaf (0.75 - 1 tbsp per 1 cup of 8/oz tea) Instructions: Bring water to a boil, pour and let looseleaf tea steep for around 5 minutes.

Care Instructions
To keep your brews and blends fresh, store the bags in a cool and dark spot. This will prolong the life of the tea to 1-2 years, depending on the ingredients. Teas containing dehydrated fruits including apple, orange and pumpkin are best kept in a cool location and have a lower shelf life than those that do not.

It includes dehydrated fruit: typically 6 months
It does not include any fruit: typically 1 - 1.5 years
