SHIPPING POLICY
Wolfdôr ships products internationally. Shipping costs are based on location and dimensions of the order (standard tariffs may apply). Standard Shipping does not include tracking numbers. Customers can upgrade to tracked and expedited parcels. Handling time is 7-14 days. Domestic Shipping takes 2-3 business days. Standard Shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within North America. International Air Mail takes 6-10 business days.
Orders ship through Canada Post from Whitby, Ontario.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Don't worry, we know you'll enjoy our handcrafted goods. In case something goes wrong, this is how returning works:
Refunds can be given within 6 days of purchase, before order has been shipped or upon return of a product. Shipping cost of returned products is covered by customer. Upon receiving product, the customer has 7 days to return goods. Refund can be provided only to unopened products. Refunds will be given through credit or exchange of goods. Photographs of product faults are required for refund.
Refunds for Non-Received Parcels
Although we try our best to get our handcrafted goods to you as soon as possible, factors out of our control may prevent delivery. These factors include delays in postal service, customs hold-up or lost parcels. Wolfdôr is not responsible for lost parcels or damaged items - we strongly suggest purchasing Tracked Shipping for your order.
